A typical roof clean & coating usually consists of:

• A Moss Clear product is applied to tackle infestations of moss, algae and lichens
• Several days later, after that has had a chance to work, the roof is pressure cleaned, using a professional petrol-engined pressure washer
• After the roof is completely dry, any repairs that may be necessary will be undertaken. Typically, we replace missing tiles, re-seat loose ones and re-bed loose ridge or crest tiles where the mortar may have eroded.
• Finally, two coats of Smartseal™ Roof Sealer or Smartseal™ Roof Coating comes highly recommended. Either one will give long-term protection and imbue the tiles with self-cleaning properties. In addition the clear sealer will enhance the colour of your tiles whilst with the coloured coating you can change the colour completely. We estimate 80% of our customers have the coloured Elastomeric coating.
